Push Notifications

While XEP-0357: Push Notifications is a great add-on for XMPP protocol it lacks a few features like notifications filtering or support for rich notifications without data leakage.

To address those issues, in Tigase we created a few custom extensions making push notifications in XMPP even more useful.
